$80,001-$150,000	80%
$150,001 and greater	90%
* Please note that the commission scale runs from January 1st to December 31. Everyone starts at 65% on the 1st of January of each year. * Please also note there are no transaction fees; just the straight commission split. Both sales and rentals count towards your gross production.
